This is the perfect hotel for a layover in Zurich. You do not have to leave the airport to access the hotel. Leaving out of airport is also a breeze!!

This property is perfect for a layover in Frankfurt. You can walk from plane to hotel and never leave the building. So very easy to access early morning flights. The staff were above and beyond. The hotel is also very modern and beautiful inside. Highly recommend!

The property was nice. The staff and bartender Jan very nice. The only complaint was the room was very dark. There were no lights. I understand people are there to rest however, it was poorly lit that you couldn’t see in the room. Other than that I would recommend. Very convenient to gates.

This is where you want to stay if you have an early flight out of Zurich. Easy access to the terminals and train station network on foot. The wifi was fast and suitable for remote work. The bar staff was very friendly and had a varied menu including Pizza and local cuisine options.

Convenient location! Pizza in the bar was great! Cocktails were very expensive. $22.00 for a small martini😮. Breakfast was very nice. Shower head did not work and the toilet didn’t flush well. The bed was comfortable.

Just stayed overnight after late flight which was further delayed. So we were tired and hungry on arrival. Quick and helpful checkin. Even though it was after 10pm we were able to get a meal in the bar - excellent pizza and a good Caesar salad. Room was good and bed really comfortable. Excellent!

Easy way to take a train to city center from the hotel, lots of different food in the airport food courts just couple minutes walk from hotel. Couple minutes walk to the check in counter it is very convenient facility

Mixed feelings.

Nobody answers the service phone, and if they do they dont deliver. Asked twice for a firm pillow and it never came. Waited 4 hours. Finally had to go down to the desk to demand service. Found black hair on bathroom floor. Shower didnt work well: inundated the bathroom floor. Bar staff excellent.

It’s one of the best airport hotels we have stayed. All staff are friendly and professional. We caught an early flight the next morning and were surprised to see the hotel to provide some free hot croissants at the lobby for guests. This is very thought for guests checking out early who don’t have time to buy breakfast.
