Very nice bar and restaurant with expansive menu options. Room was clean and comfortable but no electrical outlet in the bathroom. Also, no air conditioning in the room (pretty typical for most Switzerland hotels). One window opened at the top only.

Shuttle from airport was good. No shower gel just an empty bottle. Asked for a 6:45 wake up call got a 6:00 wake up call. Asked for a 7:15 taxi but taxi was late, there seemed to be some confusion. Staff were polite.

We enjoyed our two night stay here! Convenient access to airport and train stations. Great Italian restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Beds are comfy, can’t hear the train or planes at all, food it’s tasty, and breakfast was much better than expected!

I didn't get a chance to eat here but had a nice drink at the bar and my room was upgraded with a lot of complimentary beverages in the mini bar. The staff was wonderful and helpful in letting me stay another night when my flight was canceled.

The rooms were nice and spacious, and parking was easy to navigate. However, WiFi was extremely slow and there wasn’t much around the property as it was close to the airport. Overall stay was great.

Overall, it's decent for a 1-2 night stay. Transportation from the airport was free and ran as scheduled. Staff was helpful in getting me into my room earlier than normal check-in time. Room was small, but comfortable. For some reason, my key card had to be reset frequently for use in the elevator.

Quiet and close to the airport. Good for late night arrivals or people who need to stay to go to the airport in the morning. Comfortable beds, good showers and the best pillows. Plus the staff was very understanding and helpful when I got sick. Assisting me with a taxi service to get medicine and understanding when I needed to extend my stay.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you are leaving for the airport the next day. It is clean, modern and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a tram station close to the hotel. It will take you directly to the airport train station. So you can either go into town or the airport. It is a convenient last stop for any vacation.

The shuttle at the airport had no signs. When I called the hotel with the number on the reservation, it said no one could answer, so we took an expensive taxi. At check in the woman, rude, gave me a flimsy excuse about not answering the phone. The next morning we tried to access the locked gym. The front deskman went on his computer as we waited 10 minutes. Have no idea what he was looking for. Another guest approached and asked for the gym to be opened in German, and it was actioned right away. We felt they were being prejudice because they thought we were Americian. We asked about a shuttle to the airport. He immediately said, no, it should have been booked last night. I told him no one informed us about that. I was mad, at that point I told him we were Canadian, he thought we were from the U.S. He then called someone, said we could get on the shuttle. He at forst said there was no room. The shuttle we got on was half empty. Disgraceful.
