I been working in Palmdale for 5 months & been staying here consistently and since the second stay “TJ” nite front desk I mentioned that i want it to stay close to the exit cause i stay for the whole week & i have alot stuff to unpack so every stay she takes care of me by placing me in rooms close to where is a entrance im soooo grateful for T.J!!! Excellent stay!

The staff were very friendly and the manager took care of any problem that arose on the spot. I would highly recommend this place! This is where I will stay whenever we come to the valley for a visit.

Customer service was great. Indoor pool area was so strong with chlorine we could hardly breath and eyes burned after being in the pool area for just a few minutes. Front desk said someone was coming the next Monday to look at it. Couch bed was very uncomfortable with tons of springs. Room was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. Would stay again but would get two beds so we don’t need the couch bed.
