Location GreatSpace GreatKitchen supplies OK, but not enough for a big group, we were 11Heating NOT WORKIING on lower bedrooms (3) because the baseboards are in 1 zone and the living room that stays warm; split units do not work. The problem was reported, we had to wait for a technician to check the split units (1st day didn't show and notice came late, second day I wasn't willing to lose my day again, but he showed up before we left) but it was not fixed which made for uncomfortable stay.Bedding NO ADDITIONAL blankets which would have come handy given the lack of heating in the 3 lower floor bedrooms. Even after complaining, nothing was offered to help make the stay more comfortable.Communication OK but if you have a problem after 5pm good luck, they might only get back to you the next morning.Safety the stairs' railing polls on the 2nd floor all came off as the installation is not properly done (top is too high up and polls are only glued). It was OK for our group but very dangerous with young children, elders or anyone using the handrail...Front door lock low battery message, difficult to turn the bolt and took us a few tries to get in. The problem was reported, and I was told "it works even without battery" - I didn't want to risk so we often left the back door open, but it was a bad answer and uncomfortable to have the house opened.Other: remote control batteries not all workIt would have been a perfect place, but it was not.
