The room was spacious for 3 people. It was nice of them to open up another bed for our third person. They also added another amenities to provide our 3rd party. The bathroom and room were very clean and comfortable. Staff people were very helpful and spoke perfect English. Very close to the train station and there were a family Mart and a convenience store with bakeries which was great. Highly recommend staying here if you have 3 people, it was very comfortable.

My husband and I had a great first impression of this hotel. We enjoyed that it was in such a convenient location. It is also by the train station, so that was a plus. The staff was great. I had a wonderful experience staying at Rihga Gran Kyoto. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern yet warm — with elegant touches throughout. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like pajamas, a Nespresso machine, and spacious showers. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring Kyoto. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Kyoto Station, which made traveling around the city and to other destinations very convenient. Despite being close to the station, the hotel feels calm and serene. The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, whether assisting with directions or offering local recommendations. I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere — tranquil, refined, and welcoming.
