The location is fantastic, close to Kyoto station. The rooms are fairly small but that’s to be expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very reasonably priced. The restaurant on the first floor provides a great and affordable breakfast.

Great location for getting around Kyoto straight across from Kyoto station and right next to Kyoto Tower . Friendly and helpful staff made check in and early bag drop an easy process. Rooms were decent size and clean with modern facilities and styling. Nice quiet hotel. Would definitley recommend for anyone looking as Kyoto for a base for day trips out to Osaka , Hiroshima and surrounds. Would be nice if they had an Onsen facility but for the pricing it’s hard to find fault with this hotel. Would happily stay again.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient since it's right across the street from Kyoto station, making transportation access very easy. Their's also a coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor. I highly recommend!

Room is good size. Taking a high step to bathroom could be difficult for someone with knee problem. Washer and dryer might not accept coins but pay on line which is confusing. Great location to bus station and train station.
