Absolutely loved our stay at the Ace, could not fault it. We will 100% stay there again when we return to Kyoto. The location was perfect and super convenient, dining options within the precinct were great and there was also great shopping within the precinct too. All the staff were so lovely and attentive. The breakfast inclusion in the main dining room was beautiful and a great way to do breakfast without doing a buffet (you could choose a set from a variety of options). Thank you Ace for a gorgeous stay!

This was easily one of the coolest/best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was super close walk from the subway station which was only 3 stops from Kyoto station. Central location, close to lots of amazing restaurants and shopping. The coffee shop located in the foyer has world class coffee/matcha and the staff were extraordinary. Looking forward to our next stay there!

The deluxe twin was perfect for two adults and two kids. Very spacious room with all amenities. The hotel is great! The metro station is just under it, convenience stores and mcdonald's just across the street, several local eateries in the shopping complex, and excellent restaurants within the hotel. Facilities were really good, and the staff was super nice. Will go back for sure!

Legendary. Hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Incredible level of detail in the building and interior design, conceptually well thought out with its connections to the city. Comfortable rooms and all the amenities we could want- our highlights were the onsite Stumptown and three restaurants with food options for our picky kids. The Kosa restaurant is especially gorgeous, day and night. English speaking staff were on top of everything, efficient and professional. Easy direct access from the subway station and convenient centralized launchpad to the tourist spots. Cool wood keycards, a glamping vibe, and they have bikes to use!
