"Check in process AWFUL! Took over an hour with two people in front of me. Also, as a "VIP", was supposed to get early check in, late check out, high floor and pool view Actually, I was required to wait to check-in to well after 6:00pm (check-in is supposedly 4:00pm), wound up with 2nd floor, parking lot view room, and though I requested an extended check-out in my reservation, upon check-in and again the evening before departure, when I verified the morning of departure, the clerk didn't hesitate to advise..."NO late check outs! We're full!" The Monday after the 4th, you're full when you were not full on the holiday weekend? Really? However, though the "lobby" is, frankly, a dump (if you can all it a "lobby"), the room and facility itself were very nice, large, quiet and super clean. Great location close to Disney. Pool areas great as well. So, overall, a pleasant stay, but the staff-related aspects can definately see improvement."
