I had booked 2 nights on expedia and then another night directly with hotel. Staff in booking and behind desk were great.. HOWEVER.. The dust on the furniture was crazy.. Both bottom sheets were stained with looked like blood or feces so we removed them. I was locked out of our room yesterday and needed new keys to be given.. Even though it was noted we were there for 3 nights.. No shelves in the shower for soap/shampoo( very odd).. Tiny garbage cans no recycle bins for cans/bottles etc.

Skimpy free breakfast. Grab and go. Muffins, yogurt, coffee. If busy told to take back to room. Tim Hortons is very close. Easy to walk. On line check in kept saying incorrect info. Try again. Each time you try you get charged on your credit card. Takes 6 business days for refund if you complain. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Bathroom had mould in the shower tile area. The floor was in need of repair. The heater had a lot of rust. The tables and dressers needed dusting. The beds and linens were very nice. The ac was very noisy as were the upstairs clients.

Meets basic needs

Pleasant staff offered us a choice of room. Dated property still under renovation. Bathroom door and lamp not working. Good that it had a fridge and a microwave but no table despite adequate space. Rudimentary grab and go breakfast.

The hotel was in a nice location as its close to restaurants, grocery and the tourist attractions. The room was clean but the smell was really terrible probably from the carpet. It smelled like rotten eggs and dirty socks combined. The front desk staff was nice and the check in/out process was quick and efficient.
