Worn out room. Needs a redo. Found body hair in the bed sheets. Bathroom floor corners packed with crud. Bathroom door would not shut completely. Tv remote missing. Staff quick to change bedding and try to assist with tv remote. Staff did not comprehend English language very well. No offer of price reduction for the dirty bedding or lack of tv due to missing remote.

Good bang for buck

Travelling one adult one child. Hotel staff are kind. The hotel room was mostly clean with some areas need extra attention or repairs. Dirty AC and disgusting shower curtain are easily cleaned and replaced to make the rooms much more appealing. Even the room keys are old bent and dirty. A simple thing to replace for not a huge cost. Breakfast was basic but good with Coffee, toast, muffins cereal and fruit. Upon arrival the pool was very dirty. I cleaned it for a 1/2 hour but it was still a mess. By the next morning it was looking much better and we were able to use it. Older pool but still good. Overall the hotel is good bang for your buck. A few simple things would make it feel and appear much better.

After confirming my booking through the hotels portel, we arrived to be told we were upgraded to a suite.....great! Given the keys and went to the room to fimd it was already occupied! No worries recieved another room but it wasn't super clean. Just barely wiped and there was dirt and dust everywhere.

Room was clean and a good size. Air conditioner in the room was very noisy but if you think of it as white noise it’s bearable. lol! Complimentary breakfast was poor and consisted of weird tasting sausage, tasteless scrambled eggs, toast, blue muffins, two cereal choices of Raisin Bran and fruit loops, coffee and a tasteless orange juice. The motel staff were nice and friendly.Motel is just off the 401. It is about 20-25 minute walk to downtown.
