A wall-mounted TV offers an alternative diversion while you are waiting for your night out on the town. The exquisite upper balcony and lower porches overlook a large, sparkling pool (heated in winter months) and beautifully landscaped garden deck. There is street parking only. You may park on the street in spaces not marked as residential. There are several non-residential spaces in the surrounding area, and also a pay lot less than 2 blocks away, but you can usually find something on the street.
