This property is an upcoming suburb city. Many mainstream food chains and stores are around the property. It only has one small pool. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful addition to the property and the food changes every day and is delicious. We did rent a car so that made exploring the island easier since this isn’t in the “downtown” or beach area. Would stay again

Pool was cold but the kids loved it. Staff was nice. Air conditioning in the room was a constant issue. They lock the thermostat to only cool down to 68deg. You have to have maintenance unlock it daily. That was really the only negative. Everything else was good

Couch in room was really dirty and worn out. Carpet was stained and dirty. Breakfast options were not what was expected. I have stayed at many embassy suites. This one was not worth the cost. Staff was amazing. No shuttle service was disappointing. I noticed a shuttle parked and I was told it was not in use.
