A nicely appointed space in a quiet complex. Very clean and spacious, suitable for one or two. Property is in a Non Smoking complex that accommodates both residents and visitors. Located steps from the beach and a few minutes from eateries, coffee shops, food trucks, shopping and the market, this is an ideal location.

Take in unspoiled views along the 9 mile Kapaa Bike Path suitable for riding, biking, walking and jogging. Shopping, bikes or ocean activity rentals are available nearby. Try delicious authentic Hawaiian food and local cuisine a short walk away or at a luau on an adjoining property. Immerse yourself in their hula and fire dance show. Situated on the East Side of the island along the Royal Coconut Coast, you less than an hour away from the North or South Shores and 20 minutes or so from Lihue.

Renting a car is highly suggested. If you prefer not to drive, the Kauai Bus is available Monday through Saturday for you, keeping in mind that there are numerous stops in between and drop off points are limited.

Most furnishings are in like new condition and constantly updated or rotated and meticulously maintained due to the proximity to the beach and salt air.

The full kitchen is stocked with many extras which include full spice rack, cooking oils, unperishable condiments, tea and coffee assortment and more.

The bathroom has also been fully stocked with basic personal essentials, first aid kit, sunburn gel, make up wipes, hair appliances and more.

Unlike most rentals (hotels included), ALL of our beddings (including comforters & quilts), throws & blankets, decorative pillow covers, rugs, etc are washed after each check out.

As it is customary in Hawaii, we do not use footwear inside of our homes.
We welcome you with pride into a comfortable and thoroughly clean space where eco friendly products are used whenever possible.

The best location! We spent days north and south and west and all were an easy drive from this condo. Also there is a big Safeway across the street. Also an easy walk to Coconut Marketplace. We cooked many meals and everything we needed was there. Bed was comfy and everything super clean. It’s exactly as described. We are already planning a trip to come back next year and will want to stay here!

We had a wonderful time here. The home was really cute and clean. The location is convenient to food places and there is a grocery store nearby. It’s also so close to the beach. Instructions on how to find the unit and how to enter the premise were clear. Our host was also very responsive and so kind. I would love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

It truly was a perfect apartment and exactly as described. In addition to everything that is nearby it is great location as a base to see the entire island. Hanalei and Princeville are about 45 minutes, Waimea Canyon less than an hour. 30 to 40 minutes to Poipu. 15 minutes to Lihue. Along the bike path is a nice little beach you can sit at and not be bothered. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need from dishes to spices. The host had snacks, water, chocolates, and coffee waiting for us. Beach towels, coolers, chairs all available. The master bed was very comfortable and plenty of room for our clothing.The host was responsive throughout our stay and offered many suggestions when asked for places to see and eat. However, the best was saved for after we left. We lost our rental car keys in the Ross For Less store and they were found after we left. Our host was kind enough to retrieve them at Ross and deliver them to Budget - so many many thanks for that.Summary - everything was excellent - the location, the apartment, and the host. Thanks so much for making our vacation great.

The apt was truly the perfect place for our 1st ever visit to Kauai! It was affordable, a 5 min walk to the beach, super clean and cozy with all the things we would ever need during our 9 day stay. I've never stayed in a place where the host took so much care and attention to detail to equip the apt with precisiely what we needed and what we didn't. And they were full of high-quality items, not the cheap stuff! Joya went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. When I asked if there were any yoga mats available she responded by saying she would pick some up and have them in the apt before we arrived. And they were brand new! It was so lovely to be greeted by a thoughtful bowl of local ripe produce waiting for us. This led to my favorite ritual every morning: cutting fresh ripe papaya and slurping it up. When she learned that we were keen on finding local events and spots, she texted us a steady stream of local farmers markets, events, festivals and even pointed us to a GPS activated audio app tour of local stories we enjoyed as we explored the island. I really cant say enough good things about this place and how special it was. The experience of staying here was the exact opposite of a soulless resort experience. We felt the care that Joya put into the place every time we opened a drawer, a closet. We were blessed and you will not be disappointed!

We loved staying here on our first trip to Hawaii. It was convenient and cozy, a great little home away from home! The house was well appointed- everything we needed was there. We were so appreciative of the little extras that I didn't think about - beach chairs and towels, a cooler and ice packs to use, shopping bags and more! I’ve stayed at more VRBOs than I can count and this location had a spectacular host and was immaculate. I would stay here again without question. Perfect location between North and South Kauai. Very cute rental in Kapaa

Wonderful communication from owner. Very easy to check in and access key. This rental is very cute and is equipped to the max! It has a full kitchen which made it very convenient to cook several of our meals, especially breakfast before we headed out for the day. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans and floor fans made the room nice for sleeping despite no AC. This rental is conveniently located right in Kapaa which gave us easy access to restaurants and stores. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Highly recommend this adorable unit.

Great place to stay

We are a family of four that stayed at the residence during Thanksgiving week. The place was very clean and really worked well for our stay. Not only was it a good size for us, there is offstreet parking, and they provided a lot of amenities to be able to enjoy the island without having to go buy extra stuff. We were able to take advantage of beach towels, a cooler, and other items that we were able to take with us on our different day trips. We weren’t home much during the day, so this is a perfect place to have as a home base for your different adventures while you stay there. And the two bedrooms and living area make it great for if you do have to be at the place for an extended period of time. Communication with the host was super easy, and they were very attentive to our questions and made our stay really enjoyable.

Perfect condo in Kapa'a!

We had an awesome stay in this wonderful condo! It is the cleanest and cutest rental we have ever stayed in, and beautifully decorated down to every detail. It was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 teens. Great location and easy to get to, just a short walk to the beach. The host is amazing - easy communication, gave us lots of ideas of things to do in the area (our first time in Kauai), and left us a really nice welcome basket full of treats (a very thoughtful touch!). The bathroom came with nice little amenities as well (my fave was the hair turban!). Plenty of fans to keep you comfortable. Thank you so much Joya - we will be back!!!

Beautiful stay in Kauai

Joya’s rental was beautiful and well appointed; it looked exactly like the photographs. A bountiful welcome basket with a hand written card greeted us. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had everything you needed - even aloe in case of too much sun! The rental is conveniently located across the street from a grocery store (Safeway), near many eateries/treats, and short drive to the beach. The north and south shore were ~40min drive, making the entire island easily accessible. Joya was a personable and responsive host. We communicated easily via text and she checked in on us to make sure our stay was comfortable. Please do not be deterred by the lack of AC, the ceiling fans kept the apartment cool during our July stay! I would definitely recommend this property and friendly host to anyone visiting Kauai.

The house was exceptionally clean. Great location, close to lots of good food and cool shops. Joya was a great host. I had some parts for work delivered to the condo but they didn’t show up till after I left. She went and picked it up for me and held onto it till I came back the following week. Thanks for a great place to stay, a thoughtful host, and a lovely, convenient location! The place was clean and comfortable, with new home furnishings. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were well-stocked for travellers’ needs. Our host was friendly and welcoming over messages. She anticipated our needs (e.g., arriving after midnight with kids - leaving snacks; allowing us an extra hour for check out). The ocean and Kapaa trail are one minute away. Grocery stores and restaurants are also right at hand. There are lots of amazing adventures a hop, skip, and a jump away!
