The beds were soft. Our room was set up nicely. When we first arrived, the tv wouldn't work but it got fixed the next day. Breakfast was simple, but good. The staff was nice. The few things that I didn't like was our hotel room key kept not working even though we kept it safely away from anything that may mess it up. I couldn't tell if the tub was dirtybor stained. The top drawer to the provided dresser kept opening up. One of the bed's boxspring didn't line up with the metal frame it was sitting on. I didn't see it until I hit my shun on it because blankets covered it. That really hurt. You do have to have a $100 deposit that I didn't know about. I wasn't prepared for that. I had to borrow money from my father in law to make sure I still had enough to feed my family. It didn't bother me...I actually liked that we were next to the Harley Davidson store. Overall, I do recommend and would stay again.

For starters, the elevator was extremely slow, and there are only 3 floors, so I shouldn't have had to stand there for at least 2 minutes waiting for it. Once I got on the elevator, it also extremely dirty. When I got to the second floors, dogs were barking in the hallway at 10:13 pm and again around 10:30 pm. Extremely loud guests in the hallway at 10:15 pm. Upon entering, this is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The lamp shade was cracked all over and one of two bulbs was burnt out. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and I could feel the springs popping out. Luckily, I brought my camping sleeping pad from a previous leg of my vacation, so I used that and placed it on the bed. The mattress was soiled (brown spots all over), and metal was protruding on the top corner of the mattress. Please replace this mattress for future guests! Don't expect privacy or quiet. The insulation all around is poor. You can hear traffic noise, trains, sounds from people in the rooms next to you (or the alarm clock at kept going off at 5:00 am), as well as sounds from the hallway. It's all good. I didn't want to sleep anyway. Insects in the tub. The TV remote was extremely sticky. I asked the receptionist if there was an extra one; there wasn't. He got a Ziploc bag for me so I could put the remote in the bag and use it. On a bright note, there was hot water and strong A/C. I would NOT recommend staying here, and it's beyond me how this place is rated 8.6 stars! Unbelievable.

Housekeeping threw our food away. There is also bed bugs. We have pictures of the bites. The pool had bugs floating in it and a purple bag laying in the bottom. Staff took up for housekeeping, after digging in the trash, saying nothing we purchased that got thrown away, which is not true. We did get offered the trash bag back with all the dirty soiled trash in it from multiple rooms. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet was stopped up when we arrived. Got a picture there too, and it’s gross. When told about this, staff gave us a plunger and told us to plung the toilet ourselves. After doing so several huge turds appeared, then the toilet finally emptied. Thus also improved the water pressure. The place is unsanitary and they don’t care for guest well being

The "free breakfast" was not even worth attempting to eat. The front desk staff did not listen when I told then NOT to charge the card I used to reserve. The rooms were very "stale". Also our room was directly at a spotlight for the building that went straight into thw windo without good curtains to block it out. I would never book here again

First, the bed, the mattress was sunken on one side and the pillows were lumpy and weird. Tried to watch TV and the TV didn’t work. Want to make a cup of coffee in your room? Think again, they use some temporary coffee pod holder that clearly isn’t made for the coffee maker. Finally, the shower, there’s barely any water pressure and the shower head is made for anyone 5’5” or shorter. Not at all a great experience. I’ll definitely look elsewhere our next trip to KC.

There was some insulation showing around the AC unit in the room and some of the molding around the floor was pulling away from the wall. Water pressure wasn’t great either but overall the stay was great. I still give it 5 stars and would stay again. Quiet and did not smell like marijuana. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t anything special. Eggs, fried potatoes, corn?, and sausage. Cereal and muffins/bagels.

Our room was clean & well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was convenient to local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond our expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
