The room was clean, The only issue was the next morning. The kids in the next room were very loud and then were running up and down the hall. They went in their room and were very loud in there as well.

Sam was at the welcome desk when I arrived to check in. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. When I had an issue with the TV in my room, he was quick to try to resolve and explain the issue. He ended up arranging for me to move up another room across the hall and offered to bring a cart or assist me in moving my belongings. He checked my previous room to ensure that I had not forgotten anything and made sure that the TV in my new room was functioning properly. When I returned from dinner, he greeted me with a genuine “Welcome back!” I understand he is new to this position. He is an asset to the Comfort Inn.
