Great room, clean. Enough towels and great stay with a patio. Staff was awesome and super friendly. Breakfast was great as well and they had waffles. Only thing was that the toilet seat came off and i had to tighten it on. 100% recommend

The wasn't ideal The desk staff was awful, askrd questions and just circle. Asked if i could get my points said no we've always gotten are points even if wasn't booked directly. Got to are room there was so sounds called desk he said he wasn't a maintenance person. So had to figure out it was shut off on buttons on side of tv. The morning staff was great.

Lack of maintenance and upkeep. Security latch room 262 barely mounted extremely loose. Building as a whole need repair. Last minute reservation would've canceled if time allowed and went to a nicer near by facility.....
