This property was incredibly roomy and enjoyable. The staff was kind and helpful as well. I will definitely go back. The few negatives were that there was soap scum around the bath tub. It wasn't visible, I just felt it when I was wiping out the tub to put my toddler in after being in the pool. Not the end of the world... I just wiped it out with a wash rag but I'm glad I do weird things like that since it was still dirty. Also the pool was smelled SUPER chlorinated! It burned my eyes after a while which seemed odd since the pool was salt water. I did notice a hint of a stagnant water smell coming for the drains surrounding the pool which I only noticed while I was sitting on the edge of the pool but maybe it has something to do with that. Overall, very happy with the stay!

Our room was great with a kitchen and a view of the mountains. The free breakfast was ok. The gym and pool are very nice and they are so pet-friendly!

Can’t locate the disturbance…

The room next to me had very loud music, I called the front desk twice in two hours. Not sure the desk did anything, they said they couldn’t find the disturbance. It was extremely loud, not happy as I was traveling on business and didn’t get much for sleep.

Big room, laid out well. Very nice full kitchen. Friendly responsive staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice big lobby with lots of seating and easy phone charging. Good WiFi. Parking is easy, close, and free. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!

Relief and Respite

We sought shelter here with Hurricane Helene and stayed 3 nights while our home was without power and water. Home2Suites was spacious, comfortable and a relief. The staff was also wonderful. They dealt with everyone and everything during the hurricane with professionalism and kindness. The hotel even experienced a power outage Monday morning, but we were impressed by the backup lights in place, all the natural light coming through the nice big windows and that the door keycard systems still worked.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. My room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and coffee, all of which made it easy to get basic needs met. They also had a decent breakfast and a little store with additional food options. I would definitely stay here again.
