"Great hotel . Beautiful room . Late check out due to VIP status. Very nice open buffet breakfast. Amazing open buffet dinner with 20% off. Very nice reception set up. Out door set up is extremely nice and clean with huge TV showing sport. The roof setting and views are excellent, very comfortable and picturesque. I was impressed. Only downside was that when I arrived at the airport, the shuttle did not show up for 2 hours ( despite me emailing them x3 times and they confirmed by email that there will be shuttle every 30 min). I have to wait for shuttle for 2 hours and no one at airport knew why there was no shuttle . I was feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. My international phone did not work and I asked a security guy to call Radison hotel shuttle ( which he only called when I paid him 5 USD). And talked to your hotel and then the shuttle showed up . That made me very unhappy indeed initially but the driver was so kind and joking and made the situation easier for me . Thanks for great service . Kindest regards Dr Farid Shaba from New Zealand. "
