The room reeked of cat pee. Luckily I travel with a can of Febreze. There was no ice machine on the property And the freezer in the room did not have ice cube trays. The window shades were broken with pieces missing. The couch had been shredded by a cat. The other chairs had puncture marks from some animal. All the dresser drawers were broken and would not close. There was no remote for the TV. The walls in the room were filthy.

The room was very dirty the bathroom door lock got locked and I couldn’t open the door I had to call staff to open the door. There is no phone to call anyone in case of an emergency. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and notify them my partner got stuck inside the bathroom the bathroom door lock was not working. The front desk guy was not nice, housekeeper lady was nice, the lady who opened the bathroom door was nice, I was happy that she was able to unlock the door with a credit card.
