The bed linens were dirty and smelly. The towels were surty not sure if the laundry team uses detergent or just uses water because they stink. The bathroom shower curtain also dirty and the manger never had/made time to talk to me and make things better

Multiple issues 1 I got to the hotel 1.5 hours early, was told there was a 40 early check in fee. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been told this before. 2 When attempting to check in early was told there was no bathroom in a common area. When I checked in there is one right outside the pool area. 3 wasn’t told that rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless requested. When I was informed of that the 2nd day when I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned I requested for it to be cleaned the next day. IT WASNT!

Catfish Photos

The staff was friendly enough. We only stayed one night so we had little interaction. The photos definitely catfish you. The entire hotel footprint looked a little run down and the pool was drained. The AC didn’t seems to be working in the elevator and our room door stuck so bad that you had to yank to get it open and slam it shut. Everything in the room seemed to work but it was evidently dirty upon entry. All metal surfaces were rusty and the floor was so dirty it turned my daughter’s feet black on the bottom after just walking a couple laps around the room. The sheets seemed clean and nothing smelled bad but the comforter was pretty stained. I still wasn’t comfortable moving about in the space and tried to touch as little as possible. Breakfast the next morning was limited to cereal, waffles and yogurt; not bad but not a lot of choices.

Not so great

We tried to check in but they told us we had to come back because we were too early. When we finally checked in. The pool was not filled and it was filthy. The elevator was a little shady and we were afraid to use it. So with that being said. We used the steps. My daughter fell down the steps because they were slippery. We finally got to the room and the floors were sticky. And the bathtub drain didn't work right. We dealt with it for the night but if we had to stay longer we would not have stayed.
