Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 3 guests across 1 bedroom. A king-size Murphy bed folds away during the day to open up the living space, while a full-size hide-a-bed offers a flexible second sleeping option. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable year-round.
 
Living space & essentials
A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected if you're mixing work with travel. The HDTV, private entrance, and keypad self check-in round out a setup built for ease and convenience from the moment you arrive.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well equipped for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a dining table for relaxed mornings or low-key dinners in.
 
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a separate shower and dressing area, along with bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage.
 
Outdoor & community amenities
The patio or balcony is a great spot to unwind, and the community pool is available all year. Two free parking spaces on premises make it easy to explore at your own pace. Beach access is nearby - note there is no parking at the beach access point.
 
Neighborhood
Set within the Sawgrass Beach Club community, the surroundings are peaceful and walkable. Guests have access to the community pool and beach access point. Please note that Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private and not available to guests.
