Whether your group is here to explore Ponte Vedra Beach or simply unwind, the space moves easily between lively and laid back.

Living spaces
Spread across two levels, this condo accommodates up to 6 guests with an open-concept layout that keeps the living and dining areas connected. Settle in for a movie on the HDTV, catch up on work at the dedicated workspace, or simply enjoy the ease of the space with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans running overhead. A private entrance and keypad self check-in mean your arrival is on your schedule, and two parking spaces on premises are included for the duration of your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a king bed, making the layout well suited for families or groups who value their own space. The primary bedroom sits on the main level with a private ensuite bathroom including a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own ensuite bath - one of which opens directly onto a balcony with views of the surrounding greenery.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker all available. Pull up a seat at the dining table and enjoy a shared breakfast before heading out, or wind down over a home-cooked dinner after a day on the water.

Outdoor living & community amenities
The patio and balcony offer peaceful pond views and a natural spot to start or end the day. Guests also have lake access via a nearby path or dock. Within the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC) - not Sawgrass Golf & Country Club - you have access to the community pool and clubhouse. Golf tee times at the TPC course or The Yards, as well as tennis and pickleball reservations, can be booked independently at nearby facilities.

Additional features
A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and home safety items including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit round out the practicalities. The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always welcome.
