The host was very responsive to all questions and also very accommodating to the changes that we made to our schedule to add days to our stay. The location and the house were perfect for our needs. Very clean and stocked with what we needed. We had 5 adults and 2 children. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

pet friendly nice neighborhood nice backyard my dog was so happy Overall, our stay was pleasant. One small suggestion would be to have a few more pots available for cooking, as well as some basic cleaning supplies.The vacuum cleaner was quite small and could be improved.Also, the pillows may benefit from being updated, as they seemed a bit worn.For hygiene reasons, I personally replace my pillows every six months.

This home was comfortable and clean. The fenced in yard was perfect for our puppy and we enjoyed the sitting area outside. The neighborhood was very nice and convenient to Mayo, the beach and good shopping. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We loved staying here for a few days at the beach. It was close proximity to shops, restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach and a cute park for the toddler. The house was pet friendly and had everything we needed. Kayla was very quick to communicate through the app and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect home

My family and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks yo be near my oldest Granddaughter who was starting at Jacksonville college and it was absolutely perfect! The check in was simple, house was decorated and layed out exactly what shows on pics. The host Kayla was so nice and quick to respond if I had a question which were not many at all. The house is a nice enjoyable walk to the beach, which my family did everyday. Kayla provided beach towels, beach blanket, toys, and bikes! We truly enjoyed ourselves and did not want to leave. We will definitely will be trying to book this lovely home when we return to Jacksonville. Thanks Kayla

Nice home. Close to everything including the beach. Kayla is prompt with answering any questions you may have before booking. She has everything you would need. The only thing I would add would be an iron and ironing board. Would recommend!!

Great location!

Home is just blocks from the beach and from an amazing playground. Neighborhood was friendly and safe. Kayla was quick to respond regarding any questions and had the house stocked with essentials. Worked perfectly for our family and small dog. We will definitely visit again!
