There was nearly nothing to complain about at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and the room was in excellent condition. The air conditioning worked extremely well and we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but their waffles were outstanding. I recently stayed at the hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service.  Be sure to ask for Jami . She went completely above and beyond. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and handled everything with such warmth and positivity. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience.

This is an older hotel so don’t expect all the bells and whistles. I’ve stayed here before and the place is generally clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is quiet with easy access to I-55. The problem I had with this stay was seeing some mold in my room under one of the tables and quite a bit of dust, indicating the room had not been well cleaned in some time. I’m one of those people who always brings supplies to do my own cleaning and sanitizing anyway, but this was excessive. The ice machine also had clearly not been cleaned in a while as it clearly had mold in plain sight around the spout.
