The front desk clerk was not very friendly when we arrived. He was wearing a mask, spoke very softly and it was difficult to understand him. Surely not the friendly face we were looking for at the end of a long hard day. The room (412) was not in very good condition either. Toilet seat was cracked and needed replacing, shower door would not close properly, towel hanger on the shower door was loose, and the electrical outlet where I plugged in the iron was loose in the wall. Moreover, the room was not very clean. The microwave had not been wiped down in quite a while as it had fingerprints all over it. The one bright spot was that the breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice.
