The one was spotless, everything was good inckuding the workers. The only thing that was a little bothersome was they are remodeling and they was remodeling the room right next to mine . So got woke up at 7:30 with saws running and hammering and banging until 5:00 p.m. the same with the next morning except they didn't start until around 9 or 10 in morning. But my room was already remodeled and very good.

The room was generally ok, but there was no running water in the shower the afternoon I arrived so I was not able to shower before visiting people I had come to see. The water was restored to reasonable flow overnight, so I was able to shower the next morning. Also, noisy construction work was occurring one or two doors down, all day both days, so I was not able to study or nap in my room.

If I could give zero stars on this hotel I would. I was hesitate on booking this hotel but it’s the only one located in Henderson, Tennessee. And after reading the reviews of how they were renovating and that the place was clean, I decided to give it a shot. I walked through two different rooms and both were complete disgust. Live and dead bugs all throughout the room. The first room was carpeted with several stains and the carpet did not even go all the way to the wall. You can only imagine how many bugs were in that space. The second room was not as nasty but still disgusting. I ended up telling them I was not staying there and got a room 30 minutes away. They only refunded a portion of my expense. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and I’m not sure who is writing the reviews but I’m assuming they are fake people.

Yuck

Front desk was great. Got into the room and it smelled horrible. I sprayed the room with freshener but it came back after 2 hours. Bathroom was not very clean. Furniture with missing pieces. See pics. Then got ice and found a cockroach in the ice. Highly do not recommend staying here.

We had a newly renovated room. It looked good and felt very comfortable. The staff was awesome. It was conveniently located for us. It was everything we needed at a reasonable price. I’ll be staying here again for sure.

I liked the access and location of the property. The room were clean, but the desk and chair was in poor condition. The dining hall was nice, but very few options to eat. Backfilling food was slow when out.

Not too bad.

The Overall stay was very good. The only negitive was actually a big one. The continental breakfast was very weak.....at best. I think more could have been provided.
