In regard to the comfort and cleanliness of this hostel, this was a very pleasant experience. One of the nicest hostels I've stayed in. Parking is a challenge, however, and it is very expensive for a hostel. But overall, very nice.

It was a very different experience, but beds were very comfortable, most of tbe sawers available and clean , the only big problem is to find parking spot, jackson hole is a small but very popular town , so is a challenge to find parking since is cache house is a hostel you are not allowed to use the parking spot from the hotel in the top floor..

The place is centrally located and few minutes walk from town center. Very clean and comfortable.Bathrooms are well kept and clean all the time. Like to shot out to Tia for changing my arrival date ( i made a mistake with booking). She was absolutely lovely and kind and deserving to be placed in the front desk. Will definitely stay there again.

There was not much I liked about this experience. Not easily located and registration was at another location. Called for assistance. Once we arrived, we discovered parking was extremely limited so had to park on the street. Was taken aback to discover it is a hostel instead of a private room. Struggled with the internet connection and had to return to the other location for assistance. It seems to be clean and quiet but way out of my comfort zone for sure.

the cache house was clean in all areas - common area, bathrooms, sleeping area; the surrounding areas felt safe and comfortable to walk at any hour of the day/night; the only "negative" was there was no parking and the public parking lot across the street had no overnight parking so street parking was the only option, despite the street parking i would recommend and book this hotel again.

My locker was stolen 2 of 4 night I stayed there. I am working in Jackson and I need to be able to secure stuff. There solution was to give me another locker. No! I want you to remove the contents of my locker so I can use it. People suck!

Had I but known...

I booked this place last-minute compared with the rest of my trip. I had chosen another place, but when I looked at travel time between my activity and the hotel, I realized that I needed somewhere closer. So I found this place. It was pricey, but at that point, I thought it was probably the best I could get. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a hostel, and the accommodation was not a room, it was a bunk bed. It might have been comfortable for 1 adult per bed, but I am on the large side, and I am used to a King size bed. Plus getting in and out was challenging. To make matters worse, the parking was not on-site, but rather at a parking garage about 6 or so blocks away. The lady at the front desk kindly assured me that parking could be had on the street after the night life slowed down, but my husband is an "in bed by 9 p.m." type, and we had a long drive the next day. We decided to treat the experience as an adventure, and that made it a bit more palatable. However, I don't see very many college-aged or young 20-somethings being able to afford $200/night. We paid more than that. In fact, for what we paid, I usually get a nice suite with attached bathroom. The whole experience kind of left me with a bad taste for Jackson, Wyoming. Next time, I will look at the description carefully before I book.
