The building seemed run down. It shook when anyone in the rooms walked around. I could hear the people in the room next to me as if they were in my room when they were talking or going to the bathroom. There was no way to lock the window in the back. All windows were all unlocked in the front room, I didn’t figure this out until about 10pm. Not a very well lit parking lot.

Loved this property for its walkability to downtown Jackson. Reasonably priced for area and was clean and had every thing we needed. Front desk lady was kind and even shared bug spray and suntan lotion that had been left by previous guests. East drive to the Tetons.

Zero star for this hotel. I was forced to make emergency cancellarion and immediately contacted the owner. Owner said to resell the booking and charge 1/2 of first night fee. But owner never contact me again. Unresponsive after follow up. Owner charged one whole night rate $384 and probably resold my booking for even more $$ since it is the busy season. Stay away from this hotel and the owner.

This is an older property and is definitely not fancy— but is clean and the beds comfortable. Had it been any location farther away from the downtown area, it would definitely be over priced. You are paying for the location—2 blocks from the town square! The walls and floors are thin so be ready to hear the neighbors above/below and next to you.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the center of town. It is within walking distance to the best the town has to offer and the neighborhood is very safe. The hotel could use a little updating because it is antiquated, but you can not beat the location for the price.

Very smooth check in and check out. Minimal paperwork when checking in. My keys were ready and had a parking space right in front of my room. Neat and clean room. I just wish the window ac was placed in a better location but after leaving it on for long enough the room did cool down. Heating was good.
