Room was ok cleaned, staff was attentive however we had repeatedly ask for room service then our laundry was not able to done. And the Turkish delight shop inside the hotel is a totally fraud, I thought I was buying a 1 ML oil however he charged me 11 ML and didn’t disclose the charge before tapping my card. I went the next day to speak to the manager and he went through video and had no answer why he can’t hear him say the total to me. He said he can’t refund and now I am stuck with a bill of 265.00 usd. I have been staying at this hotel for 4 years but this year was a disappointment from that Turkish store felt like I was scammed.

The staff was so amazing! I felt like home. That's why 5 stars. The Gym is very well equipped but needs to be maintained more often, the Smith machine was rusty. The spa was good, but sauna wasn't hot. I had to ask every time to adjust the temperature. Room was good, but a dresser or a closet would be nice. They cleaned the room every day. Again, very attentive staff! I enjoyed my stay despite minor issues.

Room was fine. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Showed did not work. Not at all. Turning the faucet handles did nothing. Still no water. That was frustrating. But the staff did their best.

We stayed in room 2007 and the guest downstairs smoked in the middle of the night with the horrid smell coming into our room. Hotel is stingy with tea bags and coffee (2 per day for two guests). They won't even lend you a glass or a bowl or spoons, apparently against hotel policy. Basically they want you to eat their breakfast for €20 or have a meal in a restaurant. Location is good but that's just about it.

A standard room is so small, especially the bathroom is so tiny. I am unable to pretend it is a 5 star hotel. Valet parking staff is not always on duty.

We got a free upgrade on our room staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had so much to choose from it was my birthday whilst I was in Istanbul and they made it very very special. I didn’t get the name or everyone but Ekrem was very helpful.
