The rooms had old food under the sofa. The furniture was badly stained and the sinks had a sewer smell coming from them.

Great service, would return ...

It was a perfect location for our visit. Couple of minutes away from public transport stops. Very, very wellcoming helpfull staff from our check in to check out time. We arrived early to the hotel, as our room was available they let us check in early. Breakfast had great selections in open buffet style. You would not leave the place hungry. Staff regularly cleaned tables, get rid off empty containers and refilled the buffet area. House keeping ladies were great with our enquiry about a shower head- I didn't know how to use it! When I break my mobile phone's charger - late evening- a young gentleman at the lobby, charged my phone for me. We stayed in a double room, shower area may have slight design fault, even with screen, water ends up going everywhere ! Luckly house keeping team gave 2 floor mats. Over all, good hotel and great team with great Turkish hospitality. Thank you.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional – 10/10 for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help at every moment. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive (9/10), and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the breakfast – great variety and quality (9/10), definitely a lovely way to start the day. The location is perfect (10/10), close to everything you might need, whether it’s shopping, dining, or sightseeing. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I did!

The woman at the reception desk is the rudest person i have ever encountered she does not look at guests and yells at them ehen they ask any questions. The male staff were friendly and kind though. Other than that the ac in the room barely functions and it is extremely hot all the time. It times out after 20 minutes so you need to keep resetting it throughout the night and it only spits out air that I wouldnt even call cool. Breakfast is okay 5/10. You can hear through the walls and the ceilings of the people on top of you. Total third world conditions. Oh and the toilets dont flush properly and make noise for house

Place needs to improve

-Some of the staff were nice and some were care free! -overuse of chemicals and harsh cleaning products(bleach specifically) hoping to whiten their very old sheets! for someone who has asthma or lungs sensitivity/ disease, ,that’s not ok! The sheets were very old and had stains and rips i asked to bring new sheets (never washed before ) they said we don’t have any I asked to wash the same sheets with water only so we can get rid of the bleach that’s sticking in the sheets (the answer was NO)! I had to cover the pillow with my clothes so i can sleep.. -the single bedrooms are so small,,check the size of the room in the room description section in their website so you don't get surprised! -the rooms on the 5th floor can be noisy in the early hours of the morning because the cafeteria is on the 6th floor and you will be hearing all the noise If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in,don't get a room on that floor. -breakfast is repetitive every day it's the same it was generally ok but it could be better The breakfast place is so nice and clean.. -the hairdryer in my room was not working properly probably I called several times to get the issue fixed and i was asked to wait for 10 minutes for it to restart working again and it never worked again I have migraine headache and when my hair stays wet for a long time it's a big issue for me and the weather also was so cold that day After i kept calling they dragged me to another room to dry my hair :( - last but not leas

Günaydın, Otelinizde keyifli bir hafta geçirdik. Personel her zaman gülümsüyordu ve bize çay servisi yapmaya veya bize şişe su vermeye hazırdı. Eve yorgun döndüğünüzde iyi karşılanacağınızı bilmek çok hoş, burada güzel bir atmosfer oluşuyor. Bir nokta, 506 numaralı odanın klimasını kontrol edin. Mart ayında pencereyi açık bırakabilirsiniz ama bu yaz hava çok sıcak olacak. Teşekkür ederim ve belki yakında İstanbul'da görüşürüz.
