It is posted as modern boutique four star hotel. I can only talk about my room so the hotel is not modern and 3 star is fair. Although has a rain shower the switching button from hose to rain shower or from poor down to shower didn’t work. Mercifully it was fixated on hose so I was able to wash myself. Room cards were old and reused so in my one week stay I had to reset my keys 5 times. Shower and bathroom are really small but ok. Breakfast was good/fair comparing to other hotels in istanbul offering breakfast. Room was cleaned daily and sheets and towels were clean. It has a restaurant, but prices were very high and since nobody was using the restaurant, I was hesitant ordering anything. I got there early and they were kind enough to let me in the room instead of making me wait till 2 pm. I also assume it was due to minimal occupancy. I wanted to rent a taxi through Uber and the front desk convinced me it is only $2000 lira with them. When it was time to pay at the airport it was 2,350 lira. Location of the hotel is fantastic but all and all ehhh

A nice hotel in a great location and amazing staff

After being let down with my original booking elsewhere I booked this hotel last minute and was glad I did - well located a 5 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Nişantaşı the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a decent choice. The definite highlight of my stay was the staff - always friendly and attentive (and available) and willing to help/make your trip more enjoyable - from a glass of tea on the terrace to booking taxis, offering ideas for things to do - I’ll definitely stay here again

The staff is amazing. Friendly and accommodating. We were there in connection with an operation in a hospital 5 minutes walk away. Only downsides are the steep streets that may not be suitable for everybody. The property has some signs of being well used with minor maintenance issues present. Overall a great stay

We ate the included breakfast buffet a couple of days. It was ok. They did make me an omelet when I asked for it. There is a restaurant on the premises and we had dinner there one night. The food was very good. The room needed a little upkeep. The floors were warped and the door to the terrace almost came off of the hinges. The refrigerator in the room is not for food. It is maybe only for drinks. They will keep items for you in their refrigerator downstairs. Learned that after my yogurt and food didn’t keep. Great location to get to American Hospital and not far from downtown for shops and restaurants. It is in a very sloped street so make sure you can walk up and down this slope. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are traveling with someone with difficulty walking steep hills.

Ok for one night.

Staff were welcoming and kind to allow an early check in. The room booked wasnt as advertised, it did not have the rainfall shower & air conditioning - the lack of air con made it very difficult to sleep and be comfortable - couldn’t open the terrace door to allow air in as a cat kept trying to come in. Breakfast was very limited. Hotel is very dated and worn compared to the pictures online.

On the first day, we were given a room on the first floor with a view of a wall, and people could easily see inside. After I complained, the staff member handling reservations was kind enough to change our room. The hotel is close to Nişantaşı, but it’s on a hill, so if you have walking or knee issues, it may be difficult to get around (not ideal for the elderly). The breakfast was okay but not perfect. Overall, it wasn't bad.
