I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent service really stood out and made a positive impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment during their stay! Big shout out to Alper at reception who was very helpful. I also appreciated staff who brought milk for my little one every day. Hotel is close to the tram and all the famous attractions.

Super stay and very hospitable and super safe.

Azim was the best in guest relations. He was concerned about our experience. We stayed for 2 nights and decided to stay for another night and they gave us an upgraded room with a view. The pool was great and the massage was reasonable. Breakfast was great. If we ever return to Istanbul we will for sure stay at the Radisson Inn.

My stay at this hotel in Istanbul was disappointing due to constant noise issues and poor customer service. On the first night, I was placed in a first-floor room, where outside noise and disturbances from the floor below made it impossible to sleep. The next day, I requested a room change and was moved to the fifth floor. Unfortunately, the problems continued—rowdy guests next door argued loudly and even smashed things. Although the hotel staff were informed and called to ask them to stop, the noise persisted. The new room faced the roadside, leading to further disruption from late-night traffic. Additionally, events from the dining area above added to the disturbance, making restful sleep difficult. Throughout the stay, Expedia provided no helpful support, which only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of effective management and poor customer service from both the hotel and Expedia made for an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-managed stay in Istanbul.

I stayed here on a recent visit to Istanbul, and it met the needs of my stay. It is very quiet, but also very close to the tramway line and the tourist area of the city. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was a comfortable place to rest after many hours of site-seeing each day. I would stay here again.

I don’t recommend to stay here

The hotel is pretty old. I booked two nights here. One was from the Raddison website. They didn’t offer any upgrade to the gold members. And their spa opens at 10 am and closes at 7 pm. It is ridiculous as most tourists are out during those hotels. The rubbish bin in the room was very old and dirty. And the restaurant staff “ implied” there was no “ service fee” included and we can only pay cash ( in fact they wanted tips). It is not a good choice to stay there at all
