Overall hotel was nice clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful but some front desk staff were little forceful on offering excursions and private taxi service in €uro which was a LOT more expensive than paying in Lira and didn’t like it when i declined the offer. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were Amazing. However VERY disappointed with the fact there was no mention on expdia that there is NO LIFT in the property. It was difficult to climb up and down 2 floors for me as a person with mobility issues.

The hotel itself was fine...few things i feel it wasnt up to .. the stairs are very narrow and steep....very scary to go up and down and with a suitcase its even worse. The mattresses definately need replacing as the metal springs poke through when you lying down. Breakfast i not very international and only local teas available.....staff was friendly.

Terrific hotel & location!

Excellent long term stay in very clean and new 2br condo with kitchen for our family! Hadir is a great friendly owner that made us very welcome as he is always available, professional and knowledgeable and so is his attentive staff. Nice breakfast was included and served on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Safe and quiet location is superb with Hagia Sofia and sites in easy 5 mins walking distance. Also Sultanahmet tram is right there just in case for easy access to anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice family hotel in Sultanahmet. Very nice people who were very friendly and helpful. Room adequate- there was nowhere to relax really. Quite expensive for a solo traveller.

The only thing that was nice about this hotel is that when you climb upstairs in a 6 to 7 floor spiral stair case you come to the top of the roof and you get to see the ocean view from far, I would have to say it also had a good sea air breeze. The things that I disliked about this hotel was that there was no elevators so this place is definitely not the spot for handicapped people. Every room is 3 or more stories high so you have to take all these stairs to reach your room carrying your luggage. The stairs are steep on framed with marble flooring so any slip can send you to a major injury or your death bed! The rooms are not the cleanest and accommodations are not so fulfilling. I really would not recommend this place for a stay. This hotel or should I call hostel is placed in rubbish and run down area.

Avoid this so called hotel

Photos are so misleading! It’s in a ruined alley and it’s an old building turned into a something that they call a hotel. Felt so bad when I got there. It was too late to cancel. No elevators and steps are so narrow; so good luck taking your luggage up 4 floors. It should have never got the certification of operating as a hotel to begin with. They advertise as free parking to come up on search tools, but there is no parking. It’s street parking! Very very overpriced. With the same price you can get an actual hotel not this sham. In one word; AVOID

Good points are the views from terrace, when having breakfast. Breakfast was very good, although its the same items every single day. The location was excellent but its in a very run down area. We had 2 very tiny rooms next door to the actual hotel, i got 3 kids it felt over-crowding. Staff tried their best. They need to modernise it.

Very good place !

It was a very amazing place to stay. Out from the traffic and noise during night, so we can fully rest in peace. Very calm place and close to the sea and also there is a lot of cheap shop to buy snacks.The room is so nice and neat, plus I love the colour inside. Recommended to everyone !

Excellent location, in the heart of histotic Istanbul, in Sultanahmet, only five minute stroll to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cisterne, Blue Mosque, ten minutes to Topkapi Palace, 15 minutes to Grand Bazat. Conveiniently connected by tram T1 for almost all other major sites of Istanbul. And the view for breakfast from the rooftop terrace is magnificent.

Small price great views over Bosporus

I am not sure whether it is excellent training or the staff truly is so helpful and friendly - for me the service was excellent, from the airport transfer they organised to check in, very decent breakfast with an amazing view and the comfortable beds. Yes, the local street is not a well looked after boulevard, but the local main street is a few steps aways so no traffic or noisy close to the hotel. Would recommend to anyone who does not look exclusively for brand named hotels but hospitality that is sometime lacking in much more expensive hotel.

Great location, friendliness and cleanliness

The staff speak fluent English and are very welcoming with their warm Turkish hospitality and hot Turkish tea! The reception area and rooms are very modern and clean. If you have mobility issues, you may have trouble getting to breakfast (which is delicious) as it’s on the top floor. We did have an issue with ants 2 nights of our stay, but the hotel staff handled it. Awesome location, minutes from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia.
