- The staff were professional, friendly and helpful; especially Abdul Rahman, Yunus and Ola. Also, there’s a staff at the ground floor that took us to a few shops when we needed to buy adapter for the socket. - The Hotel provided us with sumptuous breakfast throughout our stay. - The hotel is central and closer to historical places. - The room didn’t have adapter and the hotel didn’t provide it - we had to buy one with our money. Also, we were never not informed that the drinks in the fridge were at a price until when we checked out in the morning.

50th birthday celebration holiday

Yunis and Ersin were great at the front desk and very helpful...you could ask them for anything and they would do their best to provide for your request. Very friendly staff and overall a great hotel in a great location. Spend a lovely bank holiday weekend here and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Istanbul.

The location of the hotel is amazing, we could walk everywhere. The staff was nice upon our arrival. The room is small but clean. The included breakfast is generous. Can’t complaint about the 2 nights we passed there.

Room was very small. Bathroom very small and had no fan outlet with a moldy smell. Very noisy outside at night we could not sleep. TV English News Channels did not work despite multiple complaints. Breakfast buffet was simple with not even croissants. Transportation offered by hotel was late at arrival, vans were old and smelly, driver drove very fast dangerously

The unique was that when you arrive and want to check in staff said that my room is under construction and offered to check in in a different less expensive hotel a few minutes from this one. After I said, I won't do anywhere, I was given a room in this hotel. They were offering to check in to a different hotel to other people while I was waiting when they will give me a room in this hotel. After long international flight and booking a room two months in advance, it was very unique to find out at check in that I need to go to a different hotel and my room in this hotel is under construction. Expedia should do something about it.
