Overpriced and misrepresented. To start with the good; the pool is nice, the backyard is spacious, location is good, and house layout generally delivered. The “10 person jacuzzi” is really a 6, there was trash all over the yard, several of the outside chairs were broken, the ground level smelled like musty mildew, ice machine leaked, we had to set up two hammocks (there are not 3), dishes and silverware were dirty, the general cleanliness was average, and the grill was gross and broken. We had to get VRBO involved to get it replaced. The owner/property manager threatened to evict us because we contacted VRBO because they said we booked an entire house for two people even though we told them we booked how many people we had. The beach is not well kept at the water line. I could really go on and on. Save yourself the frustration of paying top dollar and being disappointed and pass.
