On arrival into the Hotel again were were met by the team and all baggage was taken to our rooms after a short briefing on the facilities available in the Hotel . We had the overwater rooms and these were fantastic , well maintained and very private with steps directly into the ocean . The restaurant had a variety of meals and the service was excellent , we also booked a meal at the underwater restaurant and this was a delightful experience again with great customer service . Overall the hotel was a great experience and the only areas that needed to be updated was the Bar and Lounge areas . Service by the entire team was very professional and we felt welcome across the campus . Sad to leave !!"
