BRAND NEW!! The new and completely renovated Garden Villa boasts 2 bedrooms and large bath on the first floor of the Wanderwell House, and is now pet friendly! Two bedrooms, large dining/kitchen area, super-comfy living room, sitting/game room and private entrance. Beautiful gardens, private ground level patio with direct access to the riverfront and yard.
You can really hear the sound of the river from the deck while the kids enjoy playing together in the large backyard. Its a five minute drive to downtown North Conway, 2 minutes to StoryLand, and super close to all the outdoor adventures of the White Mountains.

Please advise we do not allow pets of any kind.

Wonderful Stay

We used Intervale as our homebase for three days in the Mt. Washington area. While the outside of the property could have used a little Springtime sprucing up, the inside was very clean and tidy. The full kitchen and grill were a bonus. Tons of space for parents and a teenager to spread out but nice kitchen table for sharing our meals. When there was a slight fumble by Vrbo on the check-in process, the property manager was very quick to follow up and checked on us during the stay; great communication. We loved this rental and are already considering dates for a return stay. I'm a hard grader. Four stars are for outside of property.
