"This property is beautiful. It was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are plenty of linens and towels for bathrooms and the pool area. The game room is a great addition. The kitchen is very basic for any cooking needs. All cups and plates are glass so suggest getting or bringing plastic for the pool area. As for the pool there isn't much for floats and limited seating in the sun, the space could use a couple more sun chairs. Overall a excellent property. "

"We absolutely loved staying here! It was in the quiet back side of the neighborhood. The floor plan was open and spacious with a large screened in porch with comfy seating. Which is where we spent our morning listening to the birds chirp while drinking coffee. The kids got to enjoy the air hockey table the whole time and there was plenty of usb chargers for their electronics too! So win on that part as well! The master shower is beautiful and roomy :) Checking in was easy and greeted us with a little welcome booklet that laid out the few rules of the house and also gave a great breakfast spot to go eat at. Ashley was super awesome and quick to respond with answers to all my questions. Definitely going to book again the next time we come back to visit our family on this side of Florida. Couldnt of asked for a great first experience with a home rental Thank you again Ashley! "

"Me and my family traveled here to visit my dad, and we had 4 adults, and two toddlers, and overall it was a blast! Even though the house is surrounded by other homes, it is very private (as it is on the end of a street, and there’s water surrounding it). The neighbors near by are very polite and kind. There are kayaks available for exploring the river (which is my favorite part). There is a Walmart, gas stations, and other convenient stores not 10 minutes away. The food here is amazing. Overall, it is a perfectly situated semi-private rental That anyone will enjoy. "
