Pros: The room size is great and feels like an apartment. The front desk providing waters was appreciated and the waffle maker in their breakfast was awesome. Cons: The pool deck is very slippery. The basketball provided at their basketball court was flat. We definitely would stay here again.

Wedding Trip

The property was welcoming and checked in process was easy. Room was large, clean and nice. The property was also close to two shopping mall and a couple of restaurants in walking distance.The breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were spacious, included breakfast was as good as expected, check-in was easy. Beds were not as comfortable as some other hotels, sheets were very starchy and stiff. TV did not work in our room, reported it to front desk in the morning, and nothing had been done when we returned in the evening. When we questioned that, they told us the maintenance person was unavailable but nobody had bothered to inform us of this. We had to pack everything and move to another room if we wanted TV. We used the pool with young grandchildren. Pool temp was perfect, plenty of chairs and towels. However, the deck was dangerously slippery, even for adults. Kids fell multiple times, even when walking slowly.

My stay with my family was a disaster it starts out like this after traveling to location I get there kind of early around 3:30pm to check to see if maybe my room was ready they guy at counter looks up my reservation and tells me that sorry it’s not ready yet it would be ready at 4:00pm so I responded back with okay I’ll come back so me and my family go and get something to eat I come back around 4:08om so I remain to stand in line they guy states that there computer was Down that the lady would be right with me in other line I said okay it was around 4:16pm i finally get to counter around 4:21 to check in they state to me that my room was still not ready if you like you can stand over to the side until we can figure out what is going on so I remain over to the side for about 15min don’t forget my wife and 2 sons are still in the car waiting finally the guy who waited on me at the beginning comes back and says my room is ready after I watched numerous people check in by that time but I’m still patient so I check in the lady states oh i forgot you said you had 2 little ones with you the guy hands me a bag with one pillow and 2 sheets in it I’m like wow so not only I had to wait go out to my car to get my things and pack a big bag with the hotel pillows and sheets also at the time I’m very frustrated but remain calm and professional at all times
