The room was huge. It had a kitchenette which would be great for longer stays. The room condition itself was fair. Could definitely use some freshening up, even just a new coat of paint. But overall the room and the stay was very pleasant!

The hotel was great. Very conveniently located for an event at the Fieldhouse. Valet parking was superb. The only downside was the coffee - both the in-room and lobby coffee was terrible. Other Hilton brands do breakfast and coffee much better.

We loved the place. It was very quiet. It was close to everything that we needed. We were able to walk to the fevers game from there. There are some great restaurants.

Love this location. Went to see Indiana Fever game with my husband and kids. This hotel was so close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Room was spacious. Valet was quick. Front desk guy was awesome (very well dressed, professional and polite). Only one complaint regarding breakfast—wished you could have left breakfast set up out until 9. Staff starting putting away at 8:54. I just wanted a bowl of oatmeal. Not the end of the world though. Great hotel.

Old outdated don’t recommend

The photos are not accurate. Our room was on the 7th top floor, the ceilings were very tall and it was roomy but the room was outdated and needs renovation badly. Wallpaper was peeling, stains on the floor, TV didn’t even work. The front desk person was not friendly or how I would expect someone greeting guest to act. She wasn’t rude but not even a smile when we walked in. I would not stay here again. I quickly got in and left first thing in the morning.

There was only one working elevator, the valet was always a 30 minute wait, even when we arrived. The door to the bathroom was broken and we had shared the room between 4 adults and 2 children so that was not ideal either. None of the amenities in the bathroom worked as there was either no product or the containers simply didn’t work. I would not stay here again.

Wouldn't return. Breakfast interrupted by staff vacuuming breakfast eating area. Empty container of yogurt at breakfast. Breakfast choices minimal. Cutlery dirty. Carpets peeling off floor at main entrance.

Parking was presented as valet but that’s actually for their property across the street. No biggie as a reasonably affordable garage was just a block away. Room was clean and generally fine although the bathroom fixtures are badly in need of updating or replacing and not a single USB outlet was functional. Pillows were way too soft but that’s a me thing. One quirk was that my room did not have an outside window which messed up my circadian rhythms. Biggest issue and not one that the hotel can be responsible for is the relative lack of places to eat nearby (except for Jimmy John’s - yuck). Must be an Indianapolis thing but I was shocked the coffee shop next door and a nice little deli around the corner that I hit on Friday were closed for the weekend - Final Four weekend at that.
