Convenient location, quiet room. It smelled a bit musty but had been closed (they let me move up from ground to 2d floor) & was fine after the fan ran awhile. Outstanding bathroom -- recently redone, better designed & nicer than more expensive hotels. The main room was a bit shabby with age but fully equipped with a microwave, sink, coffee maker, & fridge.

Took forever for someone to notice us & check us in even after ringing the bell 3 different times. Much older & run down than expected Ants & hairs in shower, fridge dirty At least bed was comfortable

Nice place for a couple in early fall. Not much activity in the area, though. The area would be more active in the summer season. Only thing that would be a negative is the bed pillows were not great. Would definitely consider for a future visit.

I loved the location of this hotel. We could walk to the harbor, restaurants, and the JFK memorial. It was very clean and a very nice room. Thank you for making our mini vacation a little nicer
