The property was fine, have stayed here many times. Front desk associate was not very friendly and did not allow me to add my Hilton Honors number for points for the stay.

For the $328 I paid for the room I only had a view of a wall 4 feet outside my window. I could have stayed somewhere else nearby and had a much better room. Very disappointed.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was lovely although a little small for the price. The indoor and outdoor pool were great and there was always a life guard on duty. The gym was well equipped and up to date. The hotel had a restaurant and the food was delicious and well priced. We could even have room service if we chose. One thing that I disliked was that we would go to the pool or the beach in the morning and return late afternoon to find out that our room had not been serviced. So when we wanted to rest before dinner we were interrupted by housekeeping to service the room. I’m not sure it that department was understaffed or poorly managed it was truly the only blemish on a truly wonderful week at this hotel. The staff was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

Did not feel the desk was perticilarly helpful, when trying to use Hilton membership to accrue points, and when asking about complimentary breakfast, reminded that i was a second class citezen because i didn't book through Hilton.

Will return

Pros: Especially, the shower!
Location: Always things to do on the Cape. Love antiquing!
Had a great stay and will go back. We had to cut our trip short, by a day, due to bad weather coming in for our drive home. The manager wasn’t around to tell me if we would be reimbursed for the canceled day, prepaid Travelocity. I will try to connect with someone about this.

Average hotel. Great location to catch ferry!

Traveling the New England states. This was a great location to catch the ferry to Nantucket. Just catch a cab to the ferry. The drive is 2 miles and cost $7.50. It cost up to $38 to park in the ferry out lots.
