Worst hotel experience!! When arriving, we couldn’t find a parking spot because of how filled up it was. They offer $20 parking to the general public for the events at NRG Stadium, which is fine but at least leave parking available for Your Own tenants who are already paying $30/night. The room was horrible to say the least. We have a 9 month old and we did not feel comfortable to let her crawl. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and was extremely loud from the rusty hinges. When taking a shower, the wall would shake from how loud it would get for the hot water to flow. And the worst of ALL, we ordered pizza from the restaurant in the lobby, (nasty pizza) and we only took a bite so left it there and that night we saw a MOUSE trying to get into the pizza box!! The most horrifying hotel experience. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Told the front desk about it and all they did was say Sorry.

This property was very conveniently located to across from NRG. We had no trouble checking in and getting a room. Alicia was amazing and she was very kind and respectful. We had a very nice stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Never Again!!!

I called 3 times on the first night for maintenance to come to my room to fix my air conditioner. They never called back or came to my room. It was 82° in my room so I propped open the balcony door and listened to drunks swim in the pool all night just to be comfortable and get some air flow in my room.

The stay was a last minute booking. The best thing about the stay was the front desk staff. They were above and beyond! Now we get to the one and only thing I wanted and that was a place to take a nice warm shower after a long day at the rodeo AND that was NOT the case. I was not rude but I did let the staff know the next morning that we had not even WARM water, much less hot. I’d give them another shot but they would need to comp me for this trip because it was not the best.

The room was good the only problem was having to pay an extra 30 dollars on top of already renting a room for parking. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere that they would be charging guest of the hotel parking and non guests parking for the rodeo and concert that was happening nearby.

The hotel needs attention. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet was extremely dirty. The main thing about this hotel is they sell parking spots to people off the street for events at NRG Stadium. We paid $30 per night for the right to park in the hotel parking lot as we were staying at the hotel. We could not find a parking spot when we returned from our event as they were all sold! We had to park away from the hotel. I would not suggest staying here, it's just really run down and seems to be in a bad area. For the price, find somewhere nice.

Had a great time. Went to Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and then came back to Hotel and Hung out in the bar. Had a blast at the bar thanks to Kelly VP of Sales who made us feel welcome. We dont usually hangout at the Hotel but we will definitely do it again and will stay here again in a couple weeks when we come back to Houston.

Terrible “Hotel”

Terrible hotel…if you can even call it a hotel. Checked in and guest room we were given had no heat. Called front desk and they offered to move us into a nicer room. It was not any nicer. Second room had no heat. Called multiple times about heat and was told they would send someone to check it. Spent 2 days there and no one ever checked it. We finally asked for extra blankets just to stay warm at night. Another issue he had was our electronic key pad didn’t work. We were locked out of our room for about an hour. While we there, there were two room break ins where jewelry was stolen. The manager did not want the guests to call police to make a report, but they did anyway. I will never stay at this hotel again. It’s horrible, unclean and very run down

Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Wyndham Standards

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean, but unfortunately, the property itself is very run down. The wear and tear are noticeable throughout, from outdated furnishings to maintenance issues that need attention. It’s definitely not what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel. While I appreciate the effort of the staff, the overall condition of the property made the stay less enjoyable. With some much-needed renovations, this could be a great place, but as it stands, I wouldn’t stay here again.
