No response from the host, no check in instructions. Got to Houston and had to go to hotel due to lack of communication. VRBO refunded my stay and then I got an email that I was denied due to age restrictions. I’m 31 years old and did not see a rule which stated I have to be over the age of 31. Would stay away until host is more active. Phone number straight to voicemail and address on booking did not match neighborhood/or recent Zillow postings. This felt fishy.

We received no contact from the host before or after check in time. After multiple attempts over two hours we still received no check in instructions, forcing us to book a hotel instead. 1/10
