Check in was mishandled. We had two parties with same last name which arrived at different times. My room was given to my son. They said they couldn't fix it. Then out room room was not serviced. No coffee service on 2nd day due to no service. Keys didn't work second night. When problems voiced they just made excuses.

Room was clean, the jacuzzi tub in my room worked well, ac unit didn’t work very well and the bed was uncomfortable but staff was friendly and didn’t have any real issues .

We were given a room next to a person who had multiple dogs “barking loudly” as we were approaching our door. We requested another room far from this terrible disturbance. My room I had to kill a couple roaches along with over grown kids playing knock knock on my room door at 4/5 in the morning the attendant at the front desk offered a snack out the snack room no accommodations no nothing not to include I had a 7 hour drive to take before check out NEVER AGAIN!

Best Christmas Time Spent With Family! Staff was friendly and professional. Anything I needed they did their best to accommodate. The indoor pool was definitely a PLUS with the grandkids. This may be our new Christmas tradition when visiting family in Texas.
