Room was fine, check-in okay, only problem was the next morning when we were suppose to have have a ride to the airport, we were told that the van would be at least 1/2 an hour late. We had an early morning flight and weren't sure how check in would go, we ended up calling a Uber which cost us $25. One of the reason I choose Scottish In was the airport transfer.

Shuttle to the airport only came by every hour starting 10am. We were told it wouldn’t be available at 9am (the time we wanted to leave by) but would be there by 9:45am. The shuttle ran late by 20 minutes because it had to pick up guests from other hotels. The breakfast was very basic with only milk and sunny D, a couple of bananas, bread and not so great bagels. The waffle machine wasn’t working properly. The lobby only had 2 small tables fitting 2 people for breakfast. No soap for the sink area and the AC was pretty loud. The gas station next door was convenient to have since the hotel had no drinking water and only sold bottled water at $1.50.

WARNING: this place has a 3pm check in time and enforces it strictly. I arrived shortly after 11am after a long flight and was refused access to my room unless I paid an additional early check in fee. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels worldwide. While strict check in times occasionally occur at very busy resort destinations, this is the first instance in which a hotel has clearly withheld an available room for the purpose of extracting an additional fee. For this reason alone, I will not return. There are many hotels around the area to overnight between travels, it will be one of them.

Unable to understand/hear front desk clerk when calling for shuttle which not only took 30 mins, refused to take 6 of us & told to wait for the next one which came about 10mins later & driver never got out to help load bags! Van “forgot” to pick up in the am. B’fast was a bare minimum carb fest No rest at night due to traffic noise,loud late night guests whistling & banging bags up staird

They say that they have a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is only every hour and stops at 11PM. This was a bad surprise as I had to take the taxi both ways.
