It's all good. The only issue with our room, #233, is that when we shower, water goes everywhere, and that needs to be improved somehow. I know it is a handicap room, but that can be dangerous for anyone. That was the only concern; otherwise, it was a great weekend with you all.

My hotel stay was disappointing. The front desk lady was unhelpful and unfriendly during check-in, failing to provide any meaningful information or assistance. Despite requesting a comforter for my child, it was never provided, and I was given a sheet instead. To add to the inconvenience, the shower didn't work, and we were disturbed by noise from drunk people throughout the night.

Not the best stay—wouldn’t return

The room looked fine at first glance, but there were several issues. The toilet hadn't been cleaned—there was visible dried urine in several places. The room smelled like smoke and felt stuffy; I had to crank the AC way down to get some air moving. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the sheets were rough, and the comforter was thin. Also, the hotel is right next to the highway, and the road noise made it impossible to sleep. On the plus side, the room was spacious with a nice sitting area, which worked well for a quick meeting with colleagues. The pillows were decent, and towels were clean and thick. There's a great sushi spot within walking distance, but that’s about the only part of the stay I’d repeat.
