Facilities were DISGUSTING and dirty. I came late at night and didn’t have an option to stay. The pillows were so so small and when i requested new ones, the front desk begrudgingly looked around and said he didn’t have any. for breakfast, the front desk brought us a frozen egg on a plastic plate to microwave. I have called numerous times about the state of the room and there is never a manager around too help! Been trying to get a refund but the property is unwilling to respond!

The hotel was great for a quick overnight trip. The room was well attended, clean, comfortable. More so than most hotels in a ‘budget’ price range. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend.

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor. There was a coffee maker but there wasn't a pot or cup. Then curtains had something that was sprayed on them and ran down it.

So unnecessary

Sucked they wouldn't honor my reservation spent an hour trying to get it straightened out. The hotel made me pay twice. Went to the room. Pillows were a joke and the room smell of over fragrant cleaning solution was aweful. Went back to front for the refund from the hotel, they gave me theirs. Hotel .comm charged me too even though the hotel wouldn't honor it. I asked Hotel.com for a refund for the aweful experience and I never stayed in the room. They are thinking about it, but still haven't refunded me. I have used this app multiple times and never had a problem. Still waiting!
