We have stayed here in the past and the service was excellent at that time hence we rebooked for our trip back to Houston. This time service was very mediocre. Front desk reps are very rude on the phone and not willing to accommodate. The complimentary breakfast is good but they do not replenish the items so wake up early to get a cinnamon roll or some yogurt. Room was good and clean. Only complaint for room was the shower pressure was very low, but we made do.

Unfortunately, the front desk clerk burned her hand with hot water and was being treat by the fire department upon my arrival. Fortunately she was alright but because only one employee was working I had to be checked by by a firefighter which was very kind of him. The following morning I tried to call the front desk to request late check out but the phone did not work. Upon further inspection, there was no telephone cord, just an unconnected telephone sitting on the nightstand. I then went to breakfast and the turkey sausage, potatoes and the powdered scrambled eggs were over cooked and dry like they were from the previous day. Additionally, when asking the breakfast attendant whether there were any boiled eggs, she seemed annoyed that we interrupted the music she was listening to on the speaker of her cell phone. On the up side, the room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was at 4pm. A room was not available for me. In the room, the two 3 prong plugs would not hold the receptor in either one. The tv remote did not work. I finally looked at the batteries. The had been put in backwards. Low water pressure. Breakfast was terrible. Never again.

When I walked in the door to check to check in, I was a bit frazzled bc my child had gotten car sick and thrown up and I was frantically trying to get him cleaned up. The front desk lady, her name started w an L is believe, was so friendly and accomadating. She ran over to the fridge and got my a Powerade to give him and helped me find the bathroom to get supplies. She hooked us up w a quiet room at the end of the hall too. I thought the place would be loud due to the proximity of the freeway, but it was not. I wasn’t able to make it to breakfast or the gym but the facilities were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
