Quiet with a well lit parking lot. The check in/out was very quick and easy, but the only drawback for our room specifically was the bathroom door could only be opened from the outside. However, my friend’s room didn’t have this problem and the rooms are overall decent for a quick stay. The inn is also really close to Willowbrook mall and some other shops and restaurants. Overall a decent room for a good price, and good for a short stay maybe not for a longer stay.

Large rooms!!

The Crystal Inn was a nice hotel. The rooms were very large and had a full size refrigerator, sink and stove top. Beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast so we do not know how that was. The parking lot is a little small, but we were able to get a spot right in front of our room. The person at check in was very nice. We were basically there to sleep. It was late when we checked in and early when we left. So, I can't say a lot about anything else. I would probably stay here again.

Their service is terrible. We asked for blankets since they only had sheets and bed cover, and no blanket, they said they don’t have blanket, we should turn down AC!!! Their towels had marks of dirts and stains on them. Their sheets had marks and stain on them. Never ever go back to that facility again. Also when very rude management!
